The Balance Procedure

The Balance Procedure (TBP) is an energy technique and unique relaxation tool that enables you to keep balance in all aspects of your life.

When used as part of your daily life it can increase your confidence, increase energy output and maximise your potential. 

The main principle of TBP is that you create your reality through thought and imagination, using your emotions as guidance.

By holding the cards on your balance centre, you use the cards to balance yourself and check you are aligned to what you want to feel in your life.
